Condition Training: October 13 - Dec. 17, 2025 
Competition Training:   Jan. 05 - July 26, 2026
Training Days:   Monday thru Thursday 
Training Site:   Laney College - Football Stadium
  Start & Finish Times:   5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m.
